An open kitchen equipped with large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and household utensils.
1 bathroom with shower, sink. Separate toilet.
Outside: complete garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs) on a semi-covered wooden terrace of 15m². Barbecue included.

A deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival (check or bank imprint). It will not be cashed and will serve as a security deposit for accommodation and cleaning.
We accept animals under these conditions, a dog up to 20 kg, excluding category 1 or 2 rate €7/day.
