Reservation

You can book:

From our website www.seagreen-campings.com/en/ or https://www.camping-erreka-bidart.com/en/, by calling our reservation center in low season (from September to March): Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, in high season (from April to August) Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm (local call charges apply).

Your booking becomes final after the payment of a 30% deposit of the stay, payable by credit card at the time of booking. Any booking request must be accompanied by the deposit payment.

Before your arrival, we are unable to provide you with the number of your pitch. However, you can send us your placement preferences when booking (side by side, shaded pitch, etc.) so that we can take them into account. This can never be guaranteed. Choosing your pitch is possible for a fee of 50 euros.

If you book online, you can specify the desired pitch number in the "comments" section. By phone, when making your reservation, you can tell us the pitch number you prefer. Upon receiving your booking, we will add the option to your file, which will need to be paid later. If the pitch is unavailable, the campsite will contact you to offer another pitch.

The prices indicated are valid for the current season. They include the booked accommodation as well as:

  • Entertainment
  • Access to the pool and facilities
  • Access to the sanitary facilities

To facilitate your arrival, a security deposit will be requested before the start of your stay. This deposit must be made by phone, amounting to 350€. It is simply an imprint of your credit card and will not be charged to your account.

The deposit can also be made on-site upon arrival by bank check.

The full security deposit will be refunded no later than 15 days after your departure, provided the accommodation is returned clean, minus any charges for damages, unpaid services, or the loss of keys or wristbands given to you upon arrival.

Payment methods

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Then, with the exception of credit card payments, payments are accepted no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

 

We accept the ACSI card only for the following campsites:

  • Camping Le Paradis
  • Château du Gibanel
  • Camping Cala Llevado

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (except American Express)
  • ANCV Holiday Vouchers and Chèque Vacances Connect
  • Bank check
  • Cash (on-site only)
  • Bank transfer

Modification or cancellation of my booking

The customer can request a modification of their stay within the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (letter or email) up to a maximum of 30 days before. No transfer to the next season will be accepted.

Any price difference between the original and the modified stay will be charged to the customer. If the new stay is cheaper than the original one, no refund will be made for the difference.

Notify the campsite or the booking service of your cancellation or early departure by email.
If you have not subscribed to cancellation insurance, your stay will not be refunded.
If you have subscribed to cancellation insurance, you must declare your situation within 5 days of the event:

You must send them the cancellation invoice as well as proof of the reason for your cancellation. You will be refunded within 72 hours of receiving your file.

By phone, you can subscribe to this option by informing us.

Online, you can select this option during your booking.

It must be taken out at the time of booking or within 24 hours at most.

Attention! This insurance is offered through a third-party organization. After notifying the campsite of your cancellation or early departure, you are responsible for declaring your situation to the insurer.

If, despite our best efforts to fully satisfy you, you have any complaints, we kindly ask you to inform the person in charge of reception on-site immediately.

Accommodation

All our sites have facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, the natural layout of the places (steep slopes, rocky paths, etc.) may make movement difficult in some campsites.

Some of our campsites are equipped with accommodations specifically designed for people with reduced mobility:

All the mobile homes are equipped with a heating system but don't have air conditioning. The technical sheet for each accommodation is available on our website, and our vacation advisors can provide you with more information about this at the time of your booking.

One vehicle is allowed per pitch (except for some campsites where exceptions apply).

Depending on the campsite, the vehicle may be parked directly on the pitch or in an adjacent parking area provided for this purpose.

For safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to set up a tent on the pitch.

Children

The kids' club is open to children between the ages of 4 and 12.

All children, even babies, are counted in the accommodation or pitch capacity for safety and insurance reasons. The maximum number of people indicated for the cottage must not be exceeded.

Pets

We accept pets under the following conditions:

  • 1 pet per accommodation
  • Excluding categories 1 and 2
  • Maximum 20 kg
  • The fee for your pet is €7 per day.

On the campsite, pets must be kept on a leash, must not be left alone in the accommodation, and must have an up-to-date vaccination record.

Miscellaneous questions

For rentals:

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out before 10:00 AM

For all our campsites, arrivals are possible from Monday to Sunday in the low season.

In July / August, during the summer season, arrivals and departures are also from Monday to Sunday, except for the Cottages and Maisonettes, where arrivals and departures are only on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

For pitches:

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out before 12:00 PM

In case of late arrival (after 7:00 PM in high season and 6:00 PM outside July and August), please notify the campsite reception so they can explain the late arrival procedure.

Please make sure to have your vehicle registration number with you.

End-of-stay cleaning is one of the optional services.

No, access is strictly reserved for those staying at the campsite. Access to the water park is granted upon presentation of a bracelet, given to each person on the reservation when they arrive at the reception.

For hygiene reasons, swim shorts and bermuda shorts are not allowed.

We only accept swim briefs or trunks for men and one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women.

Please note, if you made a reservation after 6:00 PM, you may only receive the confirmation email the following morning.
